The purpose of these conditions of use of this Portal (hereinafter, the "Conditions") is to provide the user with information relating to MANUFACTURAS GRE, its activities and products, published news, as well as its different business areas). The information and data contained in the Portal may not be used commercially, even partially, without the prior written agreement of MANUFACTURAS GRE.
Both browsing and access to the information published on the Portal imply the full and unreserved acceptance by the Users of each one of these Conditions.

Likewise, MANUFACTURAS GRE, under no circumstances, assumes any liability as a result of the incorrect use of the Portal and each of the Contents that may be carried out by the Users.
Furthermore, MANUFACTURAS GRE cannot guarantee that the server that makes the Portal accessible is protected from any virus that could damage, infect or destroy your computer equipment or any other equipment when you access this Portal when you upload a document or use any other function of the Portal.
Following the Law, MANUFACTURAS GRE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, accidental or otherwise, as a result of the proper or improper use of the Portal.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The Portal shall be governed and interpreted following Spanish law. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict, both parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
