Recommendations for use:
- Only use the original charger
- Be especially careful with sharp elements under water, the filter grid of the robot cleaner can be easily damaged.
- Do not use lubricating oil, it contaminates the water.
- Water circulation can affect the robot's movement so it is recommended to switch of the pool's filtration system when using this cleaner.
- There may be obstacles in the pool that affect the robot's movement, such as stairs.
- Avoid exposure to sunlight and store in a clean, dry place.
- It is important to keep the sensor clean to avoid limescale build-up or dirt accumulation. We recommend you to watch the following video for optimal cleaning of the sensor (Watch video below)
Possible problems and solutions:
- The robot does not catch the debris: POSSIBLE CAUSES: Discharged battery - the compartment is full - the impeller is clogged or damaged
- The robot does not cover the entire pool or does not move: POSSIBLE CAUSES: The compartment is full
- The head rotates but the robot does not move: POSSIBLE CAUSES: there is an obstacle on the bottom - the bottom is not completely flat
- When plugged in the robot does not work: POSSIBLE CAUSES: There is dirt or rust around the sensor. Clean the sensor with a paper, cloth or brush (watch video below)
